Pickup is every Saturday from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at our Anchorage location. You must place your order by Friday at 5:00 PM to pickup the following day. We do not offer delivery - all meals must be picked up in person.

We offer four macro-balanced meal plans, all featuring locally-sourced Alaskan ingredients:

• High-Protein: 40g+ protein per meal, 500-800 calories, lean meats and seafood
• Keto: Low-carb high-fat, less than 10g net carbs, 500-800 calories
• Vegan: 100% plant-based, complete protein sources, 500-800 calories
• Gluten-Free: Certified gluten-free, no cross-contamination, 500-800 calories

All meals are chef-prepared, ready to heat and eat, and stay fresh 5-7 days refrigerated.
