Our meal prep service is simple and convenient! Each week, we prepare fresh, chef-crafted meals using local Alaskan ingredients. You can view our weekly menu online, place your order, and pick up your meals every Saturday at our Anchorage location. All meals come fully prepared and ready to heat and eat – no cooking required!

Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight for Saturday pickup. We recommend ordering early in the week to ensure availability, as our meals are made fresh in limited quantities. You can place orders through our website or by contacting us directly.

Meal pickup is every Saturday at our Anchorage, Alaska location. Pickup times are available throughout the day – specific times and location details are provided when you place your order. We also offer weekday soup and sandwich pickups for quick lunches!

Currently, we operate on a pickup-only model to ensure the freshest quality and best pricing for our customers. Our convenient Anchorage location makes it easy for customers throughout the area to pick up their weekly meal prep on Saturdays. There is no minimum order requirement! Whether you need meals for yourself or your entire family, you can order as few or as many meals as you'd like. Many customers order 5-10 meals per week, but you're free to customize your order based on your needs.

Our fresh meals stay good in the refrigerator for 5-7 days when stored properly. We recommend consuming meals within this timeframe for the best taste and quality. You can also freeze meals for up to 2-3 months if you want to stock up or save some for later!

Reheating is simple! For best results, microwave meals for 2-3 minutes (depending on your microwave power), stirring halfway through. You can also reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Each meal comes with specific reheating instructions on the label. Remove any lids or plastic wrap before heating!

Yes! Our meals freeze beautifully. If you want to stock up or save meals for later, simply place them in the freezer within 1-2 days of pickup. Frozen meals will stay good for 2-3 months. To reheat from frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge, then reheat as normal. Some customers love to keep a few frozen meals on hand for busy weeks!

All meals come in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers that are both refrigerator and freezer safe. The containers are durable, leak-resistant, and designed to keep your food fresh. They're also recyclable! Each container is clearly labeled with the meal name, ingredients, and reheating instructions.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up until Thursday at midnight (the order deadline). After that point, we've already purchased ingredients and begun meal preparation, so changes cannot be accommodated. We understand plans change – just contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help!

Not at all! There's no subscription or long-term commitment required. You can order week-by-week based on your needs and schedule. Many customers order every week, while others order occasionally when life gets busy. You have complete flexibility – order when you want, skip when you don't!
