Food & Dietary
Fresh never frozen. All meals are chef-prepared each week and ready to heat and eat.
High-Protein (40g+ per meal, 500–800 calories), a full Vegetarian menu every week, Vegan (plant-based, complete protein), and Gluten-Free-friendly preparation. We also accommodate dairy-free, low-carb, and common allergies (gluten, dairy, and nuts).
Yes. Add your dietary notes when you place your order. We accommodate most restrictions and allergies.
Portions are customizable to feed individuals or families. Select your portion size when ordering.
Storage & Reheating
Refrigerate for 5–7 days or freeze for 2–3 months.
Microwave 2–3 minutes, or oven at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.
BPA-free, microwave and freezer safe, recyclable containers.

We source from six named Alaska suppliers: Anchorage Farmers Market, Alaska Grown Roots & Grains, Alaska Range Meats, Matanuska Creamery, Fire Island Artisan Bread, and Alaska Made Specialty Foods. Ingredients travel miles, not thousands.
