Submit your order by Friday at 5:00 PM.

Pick up Saturday

Arrive at your chosen time between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Bring an insulated bag. Verify your order and you’re set.

Clayton Jones is a Culinary Institute graduate and Certified Executive Chef with over 10 years in Alaska's culinary scene. He draws on globally inspired, scratch-made cooking and Alaska's exceptional local meats and produce to create meals that are as rooted in place as they are in craft.
